Considering the early success of our helmet band within the last 2 years, please be cautious of possible knock-offs and/or replicas that are made in China. These knockoffs do not meet the strict quality requirements that CSC Group LLC has put into place in order to maintain the quality and durability necessary during fire ground applications. A distinct feature of the GLO-JO® helmet band is that it utilizes the unique benefits of electroluminescent lighting; or flat neon lighting. CSC Group LLC does not make any warranties, express or implied, concerning the reliability for any unauthorized devices sold under the GLO-JO® name that do not originate from CSC Group LLC. Once again and for final clarification, CSC Group LLC (“Creative Safety Concepts”) is the only source for the manufacturing of the GLO-JO® helmet band. CSC Group LLC has complete ownership of the intellectual property relating to the GLO-JO® helmet band; with 1 International Patent Application Pending and numerous Patent Pending Applications within the United States.

CSC Group LLC (Creative Safety Concepts) also has complete ownership of the GLO-JO® Trade Mark which is currently a Federally Registered Trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. CSC Group LLC does not presently authorize or license the use of this trademark for the manufacture of the GLO-JO® helmet band to anyone, but does authorize its use for the promotion and sale of the device among select dealers within the United States.
